FAIR Act Commercial Activities Inventory

The Federal Activities Inventory Reform (FAIR) Act of 1998 (Public Law 105–270) directs Federal agencies to submit an annual inventory of commercial activities that are not inherently governmental but are being performed by Federal employees.

FCA prepares its annual inventory of commercial activities in accordance with the provisions of the FAIR Act and the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular A-76, Performance of Commercial Activities.

FAIR Act 2009 Commercial Activities Inventory

• FAIR Act Inventory (PDF, 2 pages, 34 KB): A list of all FCA positions, grouped by office and identified as either commercial or inherently governmental

• FAIR Act Contacts (PDF, 1 page, 11 KB): A list containing the name, e-mail address, and telephone number of the contact for each FCA organizational unit
