Description:
In response to questions received, the FFIEC flood insurance workgroup has decided to update their informal guidance on the flood insurance regulations with a new informal guidance in the form of a question and answer document. This document has been published in the Federal Register with the opportunity to provide comment. The interagency flood workgroup is made up of representatives of OCC, the Fed, FDIC, OTS, FCA, and NCUA and is working under the leadership of the FFIEC Comsumer Compliance Taskforce (CCTF).
