Description:
Would require employees of the FCS who are mortgage loan originators for residential mortgage loans to register with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry and obtain a unique identifier. The registration requirement is imposed by the Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008.
