What can I find here?
You can read and print public comments received on current proposed rules, notices, requests for comments, or similar items that we publish in the Federal Register. This view is limited to items that are open for comment or where final actions have not been taken.
How can I read comments on items not included here?
At our McLean, Virginia, office you may review any public comments, including those for items that are no longer open for comment. You may also obtain paper copies of comments subject to a fee. To obtain paper comments, send us an e-mail at reg-comm@fca.gov.
Can I comment?
Yes. If the comment period is open, you may submit your own comment via e-mail at reg-comm@fca.gov, or mail it to: S. Robert Coleman, Director, Regulation and Policy Division, 1501 Farm Credit Drive, McLean VA, 22102.
Can the public read my comment?
Yes. The public can read your comment here or at our McLean, Virginia, office. Information you provide, such as name, phone number, and address, is also publicly available. However, we will attempt to remove e-mail addresses to help reduce Internet spam. For technical reasons, we may omit items, such as logos and special characters.
