Thanks for giving me achance to make input into the development of the future of Farm Credit System services. I am pleased to be able to do this because I assist minority, small and limited resource farmers. As of this date I am not aware of any of the farmers that I work with who have Farm Credit System farm loan. It is my hope that you will develop a system that makes it easier and yet accountable to provide farm loans to limited resource and minority farmers. We have a growing number of Hispanic farmers and African American Farmers who could benefit from this program. I hope that you can make it happen.
