I believe it is a wonderful idea for the FCA to bring welcome and necessary funding for local food producers. As an urban dweller and diversity activist in the city of Chicago, I am very interested in ways to bring local farm produced foods directly into our impoverished communities. This funding would pay substantial returns back into the neighborhoods they service. I think it is a wise way for the new farming landscape to encourage growth at a local sustainable humane level.
