I do believe that we need more of these, and that they should be able to service the public on more than a once weekly basis. The carbon footprint is so much lower when we shop locally sourced food. It is also fresher, and keeps the money in the community.
I am a mother and grandmother, and have taken our grandchildren with me to these farmers markets. They now love the fresh produce and learn to try new things....
