My wife and I run the Quincy Farmers Market in Massachusetts. We are also shareholders in Community Supported Agriculture with a small farm of 80 acres. We know the importance of financing to local agriculture and ask that you consider: - increasing the transparency of FCS investment portfolios regarding their local-ness regarding emerging definitions of such in the legislature. - Increase the proportion of investment in small farms meeting the definition of local producer.
