The Farm Credit Foundations (Foundations) service corporation was established on January 1, 2012. Foundations provides human resource services to participating employer-owners, including payroll processing, benefits administration, centralized vendor management, workforce management and operations, corporate tax and financial reporting services, and retirement workshops. Initial stockholders of the service corporation are Agribank, FCB, and each of its 17 affiliated associations; along with 26 associations and AgVantis, Inc., a service corporation, affiliated with CoBank, ACB.
