In the State of Oklahoma, the Counties of Adair, Atoka, Blaine, Bryan, Canadian, Carter, Cherokee, Choctaw, Coal, Craig, Creek, Delaware, Garvin, Haskell, Hughes, Jefferson, Johnston, Kay, Kingfisher, Latimer, Le Flore, Lincoln, Logan, Love, Marshall, Mayes, McClain (all of that part described as Township 5 North, Ranges 1 - 4 West and 1 - 3 East, and that part of Township 6 North, Range 3 East, lying south of the Canadian River), McCurtain, McIntosh, Murray, Muskogee, Noble, Nowata, Okfuskee, Oklahoma, Okmulgee, Osage, Ottawa, Pawnee, Payne, Pittsburg, Pontotoc, Pottawatomie, Pushmataha, Rogers, Seminole, Sequoyah, Stephens, Tulsa, Wagoner, and Washington.

Comments:

Effective January 1, 2001, Farm Credit Services of East Central Oklahoma, FLCA and Farm Credit Services of East Central Oklahoma, PCA consolidated to form Farm Credit Services of East Central Oklahoma, ACA. The charters for Farm Credit Services of East Central Oklahoma, FLCA and Farm Credit Services of East Central Oklahoma, PCA were amended to make them subsidiaries of the ACA. Pursuant to FCA's Conditions of Approval, FCA will treat the ACA and its subsidiary associations on a consolidated basis for regulatory purposes as the FCA deems appropriate.

Effective October 1, 2003, the Western Farm Credit Bank merged with and into the Farm Credit Bank of Wichita, the continuing bank, which will be known as U.S. AgBank, FCB. As a result of the bank merger, all active associations in the Western and Wichita districts were assigned a new district code (24).

As a result of the merger of U. S. AgBank, FCB, into CoBank, ACB on 1/1/2012, all active associations in the U. S. AgBank and CoBank districts were assigned a new district code (25).
