Such Policy Allows For Merger Of PCA With A Companion FLBA Incorporated For Specific Purpose Of Merging With An Existing Association To Create An ACA, Effective Date 1/1/90. The Reaffiliation Of The Central Kentucky Agricultural Credit Association From The FCB Of Louisville To The FCB Of Columbia, Pursuant To Sections 1.3 And 5.17(A) Of The Act, Became Effective 1/1/94. Central Kentucky Was Given The District Number 16 That Had Been Assigned To The FCB Of Columbia. Effective April 1, 1995, The FCB Of Baltimore And The FCB Of Columbia Consolidate Pursuant To Sections 1.3, 5.17, And 7.12. The New Bank's Name Will Be AgFirst Farm Credit Bank. As A Result Of This Consolidation, The UNINUMs For All Associations That Have District Numbers Of 2 And 16 Will Be Changed To District 20.

Effective December 31, 2000, Central Kentucky Agricultural Credit Association was restructured and became the parent entity to Central Kentucky PCA and Central Kentucky FLCA.
