| In the State of Texas, the Counties of Armstrong, Briscoe, Carson, Floyd, Gray, Hale, Hansford, Hemphill, Hutchinson, Lipscomb, Motley, Ochiltree, Oldham, Potter, Randall, and Roberts and that portion of Hall County south of the center of the Prairie Dog Town Fork of the Red River and west of the line formed by the western boundaries of Sections 10 and 49 in the J. Poitevent Block 1 and Section 13 in the A. B. & M. Block A, thence from the southwest corner of Section 13 in the A. B. & M.
