Subject: Orders of Removal, Suspension, or Prohibition


Attached is a list of individuals who have received Orders of Removal, Suspension, or Prohibition (Orders) issued by federal banking agencies. The Orders were issued by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, the National Credit Union Administration, the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, and the Office of Thrift Supervision.

Any person who has been removed, suspended, or prohibited from taking part in the business of a federally insured depository institution may not take part in any manner in the business of any institution chartered under the Farm Credit Act of 1971, as amended, without prior approval by both the agency issuing the original Order and the Farm Credit Administration.

You should use this list to verify that no current or future employees of your institution are prohibited from serving in your institution. Please retain a copy of this list for future reference and consult the federal banking agencies listed above or their websites to determine if a person you are considering for employment is subject to an Order.
