I am writing to you in response to the attached request we received from the Federal Bureau
of Investigation (FBI). In complying with the request, we ask that you review your records and determine if your institution has or has had any relationship or transactions with any of the individuals listed in the attachment. If so, you should immediately fax the information to Special Agent Miller at the fax number listed in the letter from the FBI.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation, is requesting
various financial regulatory agencies and institutions to alert the FBI to the existence of any relationships and/or transactions with their respective institutions by any of the individuals on the attached list of 19 suspected terrorists or by any individual under FBI investigation relating to the September 11 attacks in Washington, D.C. and New York City. If you identify any, please fax the information to Special Agent Lisa Miller at 202-278-2598. If you have any questions, please contact her at 202-278-2298 or 2295.
