Subject: Trade Embargo Against Sudan and Total Asset Freeze Against the Government of Sudan


The Department of Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) has announced the issuance of Executive Order 13067 which imposes a trade embargo against Sudan and a total asset freeze against the Government of Sudan. Attached is a copy OFAC's announcement of that Executive Order. If your institution does any business with the companies or financial institutions listed in OFAC's announcement, you must block the accounts immediately and cease any business involvement with them.
