Subject: Specially Designated Nationals, Narcotics Traffickers, and Blocked Persons


The Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) has updated its list of Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons through June 19, 2000. Attached is a list from OFAC containing all changes since January 1, 2000.

If your institution has accounts or does business with any individual or entity on the list, you must block the accounts immediately and stop any business involvement with them. A copy of the complete listing, information about OFAC rules, and general information about OFAC may be found on the Internet at:
