The Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) has updated its list of Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons through February 28, 2003. The OFAC alphabetical list may be found on the Internet at the following Web site.

If your institution has accounts or does business with any individual or entity on the list, you must block the accounts immediately and stop any business involvement with them. OFAC's list changes frequently; therefore, we suggest that you regularly visit OFAC's Web site for up-to-date information.

OFAC has also published answers to frequently asked questions (FAQs) from the public concerning OFAC regulations, policies, and procedures, including questions from financial institutions. The FAQs may be found at:
