Subject: Stress Analysis Report

Attached is the December 31, 1999 Stress Analysis Report for your review and information. The report includes predictions of the potential effects that stress in the environment may have on System institutions over the next 12 to 24 months. The results indicate that, based upon the assumptions used, the overall financial condition of the System is projected to remain sound at December 31, 2000, and December 31, 2001, under the "most likely" and "worse case" scenario, respectively.
