Attached is a copy of Financial Institution Letter (FIL) 28-2000 issued by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. This document contains information that may prevent your institution from suffering a financial loss and includes an address should you have information about the subject entities. This memorandum complements similar FILs and other information we previously distributed. Please keep it for future reference.
